Manuel Kingsley

Managing Partner

Manuel is an expert in technology innovation and commercialization – with over 20 years of experience evaluating, developing, investing, and commercializing medical devices, diagnostics, and industrial goods. His expertise includes business development, growth strategy, executing mergers and acquisitions, and guiding new product development. Before launching Questus, Manuel led New Business Development for Bard Medical and worked for McKinsey & Co’s strategy practice. His medical technology experience includes roles with Baxter Healthcare, Edwards Lifesciences, and IDEXX Labs. Manuel helps clients increase their understanding of customers, enter new markets, engage investors, and identify potential strategic acquirers. Manuel is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Operations and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jissel Fernandez

Managing Partner

Jissel’s expertise is honing into an organization’s heart and pulse – developing a shared vision, Aligning the organization to rally behind it and establishing the governance to see it through execution. She has over 20 years of experience in leading Strategic Planning, establishing and managing global PMOs, reimagining ways of working, and leading major global initiatives. Before joining Questus, Jissel was a vice president of Strategic Planning & Execution at Equifax and held various roles of increasing responsibility in strategy execution at The Coca-Cola Company. Earlier in her career, she worked for Deloitte Consulting and Baxter Healthcare. Her business thinking and pragmatic focus, combined with her exceptional ability to bring people together – help clients achieve what “we have never done before”. Jissel is an industrial engineer with an MS in Operations and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
